Asked Questions
Is the first consultation charged?
No. Initial consultation and first survey visit are done for free without any obligation from you.
How long does the pricing quotation (RAB) process take?
After field survey and needs discussion, we usually prepare RAB within 3–5 working days.
Does PT. Yudha Bangun Persada accept projects outside South Tangerang?
Yes. With SIUJK Grade 2, we are authorized to work on projects throughout Indonesia. Our main area is Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek).
Is the project accompanied by a work warranty?
Yes. Every construction project we complete comes with a written work warranty. Warranty details are stated in the work contract.
How is the project payment system?
Payment is made in stages based on work progress (termin). The termin scheme is agreed together in the contract.
Is it possible to order materials only without construction services?
Yes. We have a separate General Supplier service for building material procurement according to your project's technical specifications.
